  1. "DBNPE", financial and banking, payments support and service provider company incorporated under the laws of India.
  2. "Services" means the digital and banking solutions, including loan facilitation, payment services, and financial advisory services provided by DBNPE.
  3. "RBI-Registered Lenders" means lenders and financial institutions registered with the Reserve Bank of India.

Services

  1. DBNPE is a service provider that connects Customers with verified RBI-Registered Lenders.
  2. DBNPE provides digital and banking solutions, including loan facilitation, payment services, and financial advisory services.
  3. DBNPE is not an RBI-Registered Lender and does not provide lending services directly.

Customer Obligations

  1. Customers must provide accurate and complete information to DBNPE to facilitate the provision of Services.
  2. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account information.
  3. Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services.

Disclaimer

  1. DBNPE does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by RBI-Registered Lenders.
  2. DBNPE is not liable for any losses or damages incurred by Customers as a result of using the Services.
  3. DBNPE's Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

  1. DBNPE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
  2. DBNPE's liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the Customer to DBNPE.

Indemnification

  1. Customers shall indemnify and hold harmless DBNPE, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the Services.

Termination

  1. DBNPE may terminate or suspend the Services at any time, without notice, if it determines that a Customer has breached these Terms.
  2. Upon termination, Customers shall immediately cease using the Services.

Governing Law

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Changes to Terms

  1. DBNPE reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, without notice.
  2. Customers are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes.

By using the Services, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
