Zero Refund Policy

Please note that DBNPE has a zero refund policy. Once a customer has made a payment for our services, it is non-refundable. We strive to provide the best possible service, but we cannot provide refunds for any reason.

Cyber Fraud and Digital Fraud

DBNPE strictly prohibits any form of cyber fraud or digital fraud. We take the security of our customers' information very seriously and have implemented various measures to prevent any unauthorized access or misuse of customer data.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer of DBNPE, you are responsible for:

  1. Providing accurate and complete information to us.
  2. Keeping your login credentials and account information confidential.
  3. Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Not engaging in any form of cyber fraud or digital fraud.

Consequences of Cyber Fraud or Digital Fraud

If we suspect that a customer is engaging in cyber fraud or digital fraud, we reserve the right to:

  1. Suspend or terminate the customer's account.
  2. Report the customer's activities to the relevant authorities.
  3. Take any other action that we deem necessary to protect our interests and those of our customers.

Governing Law

These policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these policies shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Changes to Policies

We reserve the right to modify or update these policies at any time, without notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing these policies regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes.
